Spiritual Formation and Dallas Willard
One of the most important activities for Christian leaders is working on their own spiritual formation. 
At the moment I am listening to a great lecture by Dallas Willard on spiritual formation. One of the neat things about this talk so far is, although we usually think of pre-Christians as seekers, that according to the Bible, Christians are also meant to be seekers. Thanks for the link. It sounds like something I would enjoy. I agree leaders need to be working on issues of their own spiritual formation, without that work we open ourselves to more troubles than I want to consider at the moment.

Thanks. I quite enjoyed this. I have read Willard’s Renovation of the Heart which was very good and I hope to soon read his Divine Conspiracy. All of his stuff is a great resource to Christian leaders.
